We have been advised by AWS that their ElasticSearch service is susceptible to the Log4J open critical CVE and must be upgraded immediately. We will be performing this service in 20 minutes. We expect some impact during this upgrade, for example things viewing list of onsite appointments, or scheduled calls or telephone interpreting calls will be not be accessible during this time period.
